Returns & Exchanges Policy

At HomeTech BOSCH Kitchen Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium appliances. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Appliance

  Carefully repack the product in its original BOSCH packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for large appliances.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
