The Genuine Bosch Pastry Whisks (MUZ6DB2) are designed to handle more than the standard wire whips that come with your mixer. Made by Bosch from metal with fewer tines, they mix smooth, lump-free batters and sauces without over-aerating — keeping your rising process on course. Unlike standard wire whips which are designed only for liquid or pourable mixtures, these versatile whisks can handle:

• Pastry doughs and batters
• Smooth sauces and gravies
• Cookie doughs (lighter loads)
• Shredding cooked chicken or meat
• Any mixture where you want less air incorporated

🛑 Important: Always use the Metal Whip Driver with these whisks for best results. While these whisks can be used with the plastic driver, the metal driver is much stronger and more reliable. Pro tip: put the plastic driver away once you have the metal one — no mix-ups, no accidents!
