Ankarsrum Hole Disc 8.00

• The hole disc are 70 mm in diameter and the holes are 6 mm (0,315 in).
• The hole disc are suitable for mincer model 10, the mincer model is on the knife ”10”.
• The hole disc are made of stainless steel.

The 8 mm (0,315 in) disc is ideal for tough or sinewy meat. Pre-mince using the 8 mm (0,315 in) disc and then mince using 4.5 (0,18 in) or 2.5 mm (0,1 in) disc to get a fine mince.
